Sara White began practicing yoga poses as a child and began attending classes as a teenager. She found that yoga was much more than exercise and began using the things she learned in class to help navigate through the emotional and spiritual obstacles of adolescence. She enjoyed the physical strength she gained through asana practice but also the strength she gained in spirit. After studying Fine Art in college, she traveled to India to complete a 200 hr YTT as well as a course in Yoga Anatomy. She hopes that no matter what you come to class looking for, you leave stronger in body as well as mind and are able to apply these strengths into daily life.
