In this class you will explore powerful trainings that address the whole system of muscles, bones and other tissues and how they interplay in the joy of movement and how this is crucial for effective strength and stamina.
You will move with increased flexibility opening the body and mind to new body information that will make fast and lasting progress. Every aspect of fitness training is here. If you don’t love what you’re doing, wait a minute! You will do barre, yoga, therapeutic yoga, good old calisthenics, and more.

Alignment is key! From alignment comes relaxation. This class teaches you yoga postures in a way that you are totally supported and safe. Yoga bolsters, blankets and blocks are just a few of the props you will be using to allow Yoga to do you! This class is a great class to experience the numerous benefits of yoga with no stress or worries that you are going to hurt yourself.

Classes start with warm up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.
Yoga for the Spine
The Core-The Floor and More: Do you have back pain? Neck pain? Any pain?
This is the class for you! Come and explore the connection between the core and the pelvic floor. A must take class for humans! This is a pre-requisite to Barre Fusion.
The Trunk Trainer® and the Trunk Trainer “strengthening thru the spine” Method?
The Trunk Trainer is a cutting edge tool that is being used by Trainers, Physical Therapists and Yoga Therapists to teach the Trunk Trainer ® Method in the areas of strength and conditioning, ergonomic trainings, Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Rehabilitation Exercise and Training. The method is based on proper spinal alignment in static and dynamic movement. The Method is a synergistic blend of mindful movement and the most current science findings in exercise and wellness.
The student or patient will experience training unlike any training they have experienced. The Trunk Trainer and the Trunk Trainer Method are “The New Fitness Model”.
Qigong spans back thousands of years in China. It is based in traditional Chinese medical principles for benefiting body, mind and spirit. Qigong is a compilation of preventative, healing and strengthening exercises and is recommended by physicians as part of a total wellness program.

The Stability Ball is likely one of the most versatile pieces of equipment. It’s fun, it’s easy to use and it employs the OUTDOOR FITNESS WORKOUTS neuromuscular system in a way that no other piece of equipment can, The versatility of these balls make their use perfect for any population. Stability Ball classes will effectively develop balance and core strength while leaving you feeling energized and relaxed.
