Barre Classes

Are you ready for some serious body sculpting?

The Body Strong Barre class is a total body workout that incorporates a ballet barre and some elements of ballet, with perhaps a plié or two. The complete Bar class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and calisthenics with motivational music and choreography. In each Bar workout you will use the ballet barre and exercise equipment such as mini balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. As you continue to attend class, you will build lean muscle mass and raise your resting metabolic rate.  Recommendation 3-4 classes per week.
